                                                                                                                                                                                                         Scholarships aggregating GBP 185,000 were sanctioned during 2021-22, for 5 research projects as under:
                            The focus for the year 2021-22 was on leukaemia and biology, and the treatment of cancer, for which 22 proposals were
                            received and three approved.
